The AC in our rental unexpectedly stopped working this past week. The apartment is on the top floor and the temps were approaching the 90s. We were extremely concerned about our tenants with the escalated temps and needed a resolution quickly. I called Yuriy with Temperature Select Air. Yuriy came out same day and had the AC working again within the hour. He quickly assessed and then promptly removed and replaced the start components on the condenser unit, double checked the Freon levels and ensured the temperature reading in the apartment had returned to the appropriate cooling range.
